Since starting I have now helped hundreds of women just like you, lose weight and keep it off.

I understand that you have a million things to juggle, and often put yourself to the bottom of the pile. It is hard to find time for yourself when you have so many other things taking priority. You are expected to be the perfect Mom, keep the house in order, plan the social calendar, and in this day and age you are also expected to hold down a career.

I will help you find time among the chaos to focus on YOU!

I will guide you, support you, and educate you every step of the way through your journey.

 will give you all of the tools that you need to maintain this new lifestyle long-term and finally break the yo-yo dieting cycle.

My Coaching style is informative, but light-hearted. I want you to enjoy the journey. You will become a part of the EmPower Community where there is a huge network of other Members and Coaches who will show you how easy living healthily and losing weight can be.

I have a brand new PT Studio here in Lichfield. I run both 1:1 and small Group Training Sessions. The studio is spacious, and private. We have a wide range of equipment including cardio vascular kit, strength training equipment, and functional kit too.

All sessions are tailored to the goals, and experience of the individual/group.

Workouts are 45minutes.

Session Prices start from £15.

My coaching programmes are completely bespoke to you as an individual. We will work closely together to improve your relationship with food. Put together exercise training plans that fit in around your life. Work together to create habits that will lead to long term change.

If you love working out with others in a fun, energetic environment, then Bootcamp is for you.

We run 3 classes per week.

All sessions take place at Little Sutton School, Worcester Lane, Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands, B75 5NL

Every session is different, we offer a range of Strength and Conditioning, HIIT, Circuits and Boxing style classes.

Our Instructors Emma, Griff and Flo will be on hand to make sure you get a safe and effective workout, while having fun at the same time.

Join the Group

This is the perfect way to kickstart your weight loss mission. Over the course of 8-Weeks I will show you everything that you need to know about how to lose weight and more importantly keep it off.

The challenge starts with a 1:1 Goal Setting Call with your Coach. Together you will devise a personalised training plan and agree a set calorie and macro’s target.

You will get a check in every single week from your coach.

We will give you workouts to follow, and recipes to help inspire your healthy eating.

There is a challenge WhatsApp group so that you can interact with the other taking the challenge. Plus, we do live zoom calls with our coaches and guest speakers and set mini-challenges to keep you motivated.
